Just after one day after I wrote about Dropbox free space increase and on the same day as SugarSync increased free space I got an info on yet another new free cloud storage provider. This time they don’t come from Silicon Valley or US, but from Russia. The biggest search engine and online company with other services like e-mail, ads, statistics, maps and others in Russia decided to offer 10 GB of cloud space for free in a new service called Yandex Disk. It provides syncing of the files from your devices to the cloud.
Yandex Disk is invite only for now. You can sign up for an invite which should arrive in three weeks and enable you to register for free. Yandex Disk has clients for Windows, OS X, iOS and Android.
The web page is only in Russian language, so if you can read and understand Russian, go ahead and register for an invite.
